We conduct drone inspections on all kinds of buildings, infrastructures, and facilities. Our inspection drones are equipped with high-resolution wide-angle and zoom lenses. Used in conjunction with RTK/GPS data, simultaneous video recording ensures that every detail of an inspected property is reproducible, even later on. This guarantees seamless inspections!
Whether we’re dealing with a historical property or conducting a technical inspection on installed facilities such as antennas, lightning protection devices, roof windows, pipes and ducts, air conditioning systems or entire industrial facilities – regular drone inspections support technical documentation, even over a prolonged period, simplifying the planning of any restoration or renovation measures.
Depending on the specific application, we take photographs at resolutions up to 45 megapixels and shoot videos in 4K. Thermography is available in image or video form with 640×512 pixels.
We provide monument conservation services for well-known state-owned and municipal properties. Regular inspection flights are useful for monitoring natural, progressive deterioration and predicting upcoming restoration and renovation work. As an integral part of this process chain, we are involved in the planning and acceptance inspection.
This permits predictive maintenance when providing conservation services for historical monuments.
Thanks to their flexible design, our multicopters can be fitted with a range of different camera systems as required. As a result, we can also carry out inspections on bridges, areas, wind turbines, and solar power plants, offering thermal image evaluation and all kinds of condition surveying services for industrial facilities.
Example – photovoltaic (PV) systems: We will fly over your PV system with a high-resolution radiometric thermal imaging camera. The service is available for both ground-mounted and roof-top systems. You will then receive a detailed inspection report in compliance with the VATh (German Federal Association for Applied Thermography) electro thermography guideline (DIN 54191), enabling you to arrange for targeted repairs to your system by electrical professionals, where necessary.
From detail shots to photogrammetric surveys. All sections and components not visible from the air are captured with classical surveying methods, laser scans, 360° HDR panoramas, and photos and combined to produce a seamless condition survey. (Also refer to Surveying).
We inspect buildings and infrastructures from the roof right down to the foundations using our aerial drones and their high-resolution camera systems. Many parts of a building cannot be viewed from below. Slipped, damaged or missing roof tiles, defective chimney claddings, all kinds of roof damage, cracks in walls and façades, damage to plastering and ornamental features: These aspects are not only photographed, but simultaneously measured and documented in an informative report. Erecting scaffolding simply for inspection purposes is not worthwhile. An on-site inspection is not always possible. Nor is it a good idea to use expensive elevating platforms to assess any damage. It is better to start with a drone inspection before planning the targeted deployment of this equipment. A specialist company will then have no problem preparing a cost estimate for the repair work. Maximum precision is guaranteed.
We’ll be on the spot quickly, ready to document a situation in detail. Alongside our drones, such jobs may require the deployment of any other kind of surveying technology. We lay the basis for the legally valid documentation of conditions at a specific time, for instance windstorm damage, as well as documenting accident- and crime-scenes for forensic purposes.
